Once a session has been completed, customers must pay in full, straight after their appointment.

They will then receive the items as promised on their relevant package.

No refund will be given to those who were happy with their session and have received all their items in their package.

If a customer cannot continue their session due to their unborn baby being in a fetal position which makes it difficult to deliver the services promised as part of their package, 1st Discovery will endeavor to complete the session as the satisfaction of the customer otherwise we will reschedule at no cost at all to the customer.
